Has anyone else been hit by the High Court ruling on 31st July 2015 which overturned the Government’s exemption for small developments from affordable housing contributions? Our planning application should have been determined on 22nd July but due to the local council delaying we will now face a hefty contribution which may make our self build home unaffordable.
