Contemporary self build house plan

Self build house plans re-created using Arcon 3D Home Design Software, www.3darchitect.co.uk

The project for the Sinclair’s self build home was conceived on a whim when Moira came across the building plot and decided it would be a good place to live.

The house is symmetrical as the kitchen is a mirror image of the sitting room. A key feature is the floor-to-ceiling windows around the house which maximise light and the view of the surrounding fields.
