it is an existing site if so you could reuse old services where is site may be able to advise

The utilities up to the boundary will be the responsibility of the service provider, with the exception of Gas which will be connected to the meter by Transco. You will be obliged to use their service and the local authority will insist on ‘approved contractors’ for any work to the highway and pavements. Never the cheapest contractor, I’m afraid. Connection from the boundary to the property is by your trades, so agree a price with them.
