This seminar is ideal if you have identified a building plot. You'll meet a team of experts who can advise on whether it is suitable to build on, suggest how we can tailor designs for the plot, explain how to navigate through the planning process, and provide advice on energy efficient construction methods and details on project costing. 

This workshop is aimed at those who either own or have identified a potential plot and is intended to provide you with more detialed information on key topics so that you are better equipped to move to the next stage of your project.

We use small groups to encourage interation and ensure attendees gain the maximum benefit from this workshop.

We will explain the various roles and responsibilities during construction, managing the site, health and safety, communication and how to deal with challenges and problems that are likely to be experienced.
