Kitchen in converted church rectory

Our members do more than just build – they transform. Whether you’re looking to renovate, repurpose, repair or just re-do, the Master Builder difference is something you can experience on your next project.

For example, this project to convert an old church rectory in Lancashire into a contemporary family home with timeless appeal saw FMB member Craftsmans Projects take home a Master Builder Award for kitchen of the year.

As the focal point of the property’s refurbishment, the new kitchen epitomises the transformation that has taken place.

The new sun room extension floods the kitchen space with light, and meticulous care was taken in designing the layout, choosing materials and finishes, light oak floors and doors.

The new space also features French grey and contrasting charcoal base units, silestone work surfaces and soft toning tiles all seamlessly linking into the new family room and adjacent dining hall, as well as the gardens beyond.

The resulting build truly complimented and enhanced the local environment at the heart of the local village conservation area, much to the delight of the clients, neighbours, churchgoers and passers-by.

Master Builders are professional builders who are independently vetted, inspected and insured upon joining to ensure they meet our high standards and strict membership criteria.
