Rooflight

The Conservation Plateau is the flat roof solution for heritage, listed and period buildings due to its authentic skirt design, low-profile frame and silicone fronting, making it truly in-keeping for any historical building or property.

Its design features include exposed hinge posts and glazing clips making it suitable for sensitive schemes.  Most importantly, it meets current building standards, satisfying conservation officer, English Heritage and National Trust requirements.  On the inside, the linings go right up to the glass, giving that clean line internal finish required by today’s design standards.

Benefiting from the latest technological advances in thermal performance, the unit achieves whole-unit U-Value of 1.4Wm2K in accordance with EN ISO 10077-2:2012 and features our unique Thermoliner detail to minimise the risk of condensation.

Straightforward installation as low as 3° and a casement height of only 98mm to minimise protrusion from the roofline and to enhance the aesthetics of your project.

There is a choice of thirteen standard sizes and five sizes of access/egress available with a made to measure service to satisfy your exact size requirements and suitability for your project.  We also have an in-house design team to create a bespoke rooflight to complement your design.
