Hi I have found a property that I would like to purchase which requires substantial renovation. I would like help to purchase and have funds to renovate from an Eco perspective. The intention is to turn the property into a Plant Based/Eco Friendly B&B and small intimate Retreat Centre. Can anyone help me regards finding the right Architect and funding for this project?
