SILA Select Siberian Larch Cladding

SILA Select is Russwood’s grade of Siberian Larch cladding. We select the best grade of Siberian Larch available before regrading it to our own exacting standards, removing any sapwood, over-sized knots, dead knots or damaged faces.

A naturally durable timber, SILA Select boards come in a warm mix of colours, from light reddish brown through to golden browns. With clearly marked annual growth rings, a straight grain and relatively few knots, the overall look is clean and contemporary.

When detailed correctly, the timber weathers to a beautiful silver-grey tone, which is highly desirable in many cladding projects. To achieve a weathered appearance without the wait, SILA Select can be factory coated with SiOO:x; a water-based silicone technology which is available in Original, Light Grey and Mid Grey.
