Self Build Calculator: What’s included?

I have just used the Self Build Calculator and I want to know if utilities, such as gas, electric, water connections are included in the estimate?

    Hi Shon,

    The Self Build Calculator does not include connection to services. It provides an estimate of building costs, this means only the construction of the home.
