At Northcot brick we manufacture a wide range of traditional handmade, machine made and reclaim looking bricks as well as matching specials to make your home truly unique.

Handmade bricks

Our handmade bricks have a natural beauty of their own.  Each brick is individually thrown by our ‘master brickmakers’ using genuine benchmould techniques that have been passed down over the centuries.  With their subtle variation in colour and texture, our handmade bricks are ideal for the restoration of heritage properties as well as adding value and individuality to new self build homes.

Machine-made bricks

You can add character to your home with our wide range of machine-made bricks, which are available in sand faced, semi-smooth or rustic textures. Traditionally fired in one of the last remaining coal-fired kilns in the country, they are available in a rich variety of natural clay colours to suit your project.

Reclaim

Our ‘reclaim looking’ bricks have been ‘tumbled’ to create an instant mature and distressed appearance, ideal for matching older buildings and renovations. Unlike many second hand bricks, the range is F2 rated for Frost resistance and compliant with BS EN77-1.

Bespoke blends

At Northcot we can blend more than one standard brick type to match existing brickwork or alternatively create a bespoke blend which is entirely unique. With our sophisticated weathering techniques, we can the match bricks found on older buildings and replicate many regional brick types.

Specials

Special and interestingly shaped bricks are an excellent way to add individuality to your home. We offer a whole host of non-standard and special shapes ranging from copings and cappings through to brick slips, bullnose, plinths and arch bricks.
