I was wondering if you could help me or put me in the direction of some help.

We have inherited some land.

And recently been asked about the possibility of selling it.

The person looking to buy the land owns land behind ours and are basically land locked. Hence why they want to buy ours.

Can you give us any advice on this?

Im guessing it makes our land more valuable? I have also heard that potentially we could sell the land and get some sort of percentage of what they make from their land. Honestly don't know, just going from what a few people have said to us.

We are a family of 4 siblings that own the land and just don't want to get ripped off by a bigger company.
