Luxlite Pitched Rooflights Add Maximal Light To A Victorian Terrace Renovation

When Clare and Charlie found a Victorian terrace on a road they love in Bristol they knew they needed to live there. The main renovation included a side extension return to create a beautiful open kitchen diner that was suitable for entertaining and general everyday life.

Thermal efficiency without compromising on light

With regards to the rooflights Charlie noted “We had quite a clear idea, we wanted a frameless look to maximise the light.” After discussing the requirements with their architect and even considering a glass roof, she recommended Roof Maker and sent a direct link to the Luxlite. The Result

Choosing three large Luxlite pitched rooflights that maximised the natural light to create a bright and welcoming space. Charlie commented “…we are pretty much in here all day…in the summer we can have the doors open and live both inside and out and feel like it’s one space.” Clare and Charlie love living in their home and Clare commented “I think natural light is so important in general…even on a cloudy day, in here, it’s still bright.”
