Our low-profile castellated panels provide an efficient and reliable solution for low-profile underfloor heating systems in screeded floors. Designed specifically for refurbishment and height-restricted projects, they offer an excellent method of securely holding pipework in place before the application of screed, ensuring accuracy, stability, and long-term performance.

Our RENOFIX Low Profile Underfloor System uses precision-engineered panels measuring 1220 x 820 x 18mm, complete with screed holes and a self-adhesive backing for fast and secure installation. The system is designed for use with 16mm pipe and features 50mm castellated increments, allowing flexible pipe spacing at 100mm, 150mm, or 200mm centres to suit your heating design requirements.

Installation is straightforward and efficient. The self-adhesive panels are laid directly onto a flat, clean, dry, and dust-free subfloor, creating a stable base for the heating system. Once in position, the 16mm pipe is simply walked into the castellated template following the specified CAD pipe layout, ensuring consistent spacing and optimal heat distribution. The system is then completed with the application of a 30mm screed, which is our preferred option, or alternatively a 25mm self-levelling compound. The result is a robust, low-profile underfloor heating solution that delivers performance without compromising floor height.
