The Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT) has several contracts that could be suitable. Visit www.jctcontracts.com for a list – you will probably need either the JCT Intermediate Building Contract or the JCT Minor Works Building Contract depending on the characteristics of your project. The contracts cost from around £14 to £26.50 and there’s a list of stockists on the website.
