Hi there
Myself and my wife are looking to buy a property in a semi rural location with two to three acres of land with it.
We plan to either convert some out buildings (if it has some) or build a couple of properties on the land.
The plan is to run a holiday let business for families with autistic children.
We would appreciate any advice as we don’t won’t to purchase what we think is the 'perfect property' only to realise that we cannot move forward with our venture.
