Bowling club pavilion

I am a trustee of a village bowling club- our present pavilion is unrepairable So we are planning on building a New 1 but not on the same footprint
It’s going to be along side the 6m wide ground that run up side our green- the new building will be 10m long x 4m wide with a max height of 2.4m - steel framed with corrugated sheeting sides & roof there will be no drainage or sewage work involved
Can we do this without going to the expense of planning permission??

    Hello there,

Unfortunately, planning permission is always required for a new building. In some circumstances, permitted development rights mean that you don’t have to apply for it. Here, though, there are no permitted development rights that would apply to a sports facility. Accordingly, a full planning application would have to be submitted.

    Kind regards

    Mike
