Having read the article about the above in your magazine Feb 2020, I am keen to visit when possible. I have a plot which now has detailed consent, in Wales and am currently preparing my build budget details prior to building regs preparation. My project incorporates similar methodology in many respects as the education house. I note from the article that you have prepared a book about the house with build costs. As i cannot visit in person at present, the representative at graven hill suggested that i contact you to request a pdf of the book. Is this possible?
