I am currently looking to renovate an old water reservoir, but the front of the building needs excavating because the soil is piled up to window height. What kind of costs would be involved in shifting this material?

If the material is dug out by machine and deposited on site, allow for £6 per m3. If it is to be taken off site to a tip a few miles away, allow an extra £15 per m3.
