Yes, basic hand tools should be enough. Check the hinges carefully to find the cause of the problem. It’s probably screws that have worked loose on the upper hinge, making the door sag and jam as it shuts. Remove the hinge and fill the existing screw holes with wooden dowel coated with PVA glue and leave to dry. When this is done, replace the screws with longer versions of a bigger gauge, if possible.
