I own a semi detached property on a corner plot and hoping to build a 2 bed property next to it. Checking if possible and to gain planning permission do I need to hire an architect first to put drawings together? I’m looking for a straight forward design with plans to rent out. Does anybody have any contacts to help to get the ball rolling? Thanks
