How can I estimate my 3 storey house cost?
I am a self build property developer and I would like to cost the build of a 3 storey apartment block. The project block will contain 12 rooms in total.
The build would be in the east midlands, can anyone help with estimated cost?

Self build projects vary in cost depending on materials and trades used, as I’m sure you know.
Here on the Build It website we offer a build cost calculator, which predicts the price of your project – with materials/structural systems and location included. This estimates for two storey houses, however it does also calculate the cost of a habitable loft.
