KTS Weathertight Package

We offer an optional weathertight package for all our self-build projects. A great way to move your project forward without the need to organise and coordinate independent trades.

What’s included in the weathertight package?

• Fitting of rigid insulation to the rafters of the sloping/vaulted areas where these
• are present in your house design
• Roofline components (fascia, soffit & barge)
• Roofing membrane, batten & tiles, slates or other covering
• A waterproof membrane to flat roof areas (or roof areas that aren’t traditionally roof tiled)
• VELUX rooflights including flashings
• External windows and doors

You’ll also benefit by having the same point of contact for your build and support from the KTS contracts manager.
