Award-winning SIPs Home

This stunning self build in Essex won the top award in the “Best Use of SIPs” category at the 2016 Structural Timber Awards. The project started as a small plot and a 1950’s bungalow that has been transformed into a luxury 3-storey family home.

The design takes advantage of the plots elevation, providing excellent views of the London skyline and surrounding countryside, whilst staying sympathetic to the neighbouring buildings.

The project provides a fantastic showcase for the capabilities and benefits of SIP construction.
