Iveley Road, Clapham

Surrey basements were contracted to create a new three-bedroom dwelling to a shallow basement in Clapham, South London. Works were carried out to building regulations approval and included excavation works, underpinning and various other structural works.

The waterproofing works consisted of a cavity drain membrane system incorporating sumps and pumps and some slurry application. The works were completed to high standard of finish ready for the client to move into.
