The question of copyright of plans is not widely understood or agreed upon.

Although, strictly, the vendors have purchased the copyright and passed it over to you with the property, there’s no guarantee that whoever drew up the plans will agree.

Check with them whether they agree you can use the plans before going ahead with your build.
