This course covers everything from deciding how involved you want to be through to effective scheduling, budgeting and cashflow, assessing quotes and contractors, managing build quality, avoiding common project management mistakes and more.

This training course is delivered by Calum Taylor, MD of Build It and lasts 2 hours.  It is delivered virtually via Zoom and will allow audience participation and the ability to share experiences. A booking is based on one device – for one or two people.
