Planning Approval for a Driveway
Do I need planning approval to create a driveway from my front garden to gain access to the rear of my property?
My house is along a private unmade up road, and the driveway would be made of gravel. There is no article 4 on my home.

A driveway within your property would be permitted development and so no need for a planning application.
That is subject to a proviso that it is made of a porous surface, like the gravel you propose, or surface water can run off it to a porous area, like a lawn or flower bed.
