The Build Cost Calculator does include an allowance for internal fit-out, which is intended to cover the principal ‘fitted’ elements such as kitchens, bathrooms etc. The specification of this is affected by the slider bar, which allows you to choose various levels between ‘economy’ at the lower end and ‘luxury’ at the top end.

However, with an estimator such as this it’s not possible to account for the full diversity of what individuals might choose for these rooms (for example, some people may want to spend £30,000 – or indeed significantly more – on a bespoke kitchen).
