We are buying a property on a plot. The bungalow was built in the 70s as a tied property to the farm, the ties have been removed, and we are now proceeding with buying it.
Unfortunately, after a structural survey the timber framed bungalow has to be demolished, and a new build needed.
Where do we start? Some help as to where and how to proceed with this would be most appreciated.
