On this project, the customer was well researched, knowledgeable and clear in his requirements for the metal rainwater goods that he intended to use.

He had a vision of a bold design for his new build home. There was no need for Rainclear to assist with the ‘bill of quants’ (BOQ or ‘list of materials’) just a few short conversations with the team were enough guidance for him to go ahead and place an order.

Rainclear also had installation guides for all the ranges that could be passed on to the chosen builder/installer.

The customer found the Rainclear website, recognised it was ahead of the competition in its clarity and ease of navigation and was pleased to find that in addition the sales team, with over 40 years specialist experience between them, were friendly, knowledgeable and on hand to provide guidance when needed.

Through these conversations with the team about the build, the requirements developed into additional items from the ranges available; including simple to install parapet wall capping that provided a modern finish in keeping with the bold design; and an aluminium canopy for the side door.

Because of the coastal location, a marine-grade powder coating was recommended by the team in this case.
