Hi,

I have enough finances to buy an old coach house that i would like to purchase and renovate. I will prob have to get finances to do the renovation.

What is the cheapest way of borrowing money… would I be best of getting a mortgage to buy the coach house and using my own funds for the renovation, or the other way around?

The building is completely derelict and currently uninhabitable. I am in the process of looking for a good architect in the area to manage the project.
