Hi Andy,
At the time of writing (October 2022) there is just one lender on the Help to Build panel, which is Darlington Building Society.
Build It is aware of others that are going through the process of registering with the scheme, but it may not be until 2023 that we see more lenders added to the panel.
Darlington does offer mortgages on a range of construction systems popular with self builders, and SIPs is pretty prevelant in this market. I would recommended speaking directly to them or a broker they work with (such as BuildStore) to find out more.
