The Ashvale Restoration clay pantile has a dusting pigment hand applied before drying and firing. This weathered appearance is very popular when trying to produce an aged look.

Whilst every Ashvale Red clay pantile is slightly different in colour to the next, but the Red is probably one of the more regular colours as it is plain. Our Red tiles shimmer when the sunlight plays upon them.

The Holkham Natural Red and the Ashvale Holkham Weathered are both handmade clay pantiles with a flatter and slightly wider profile than rest of the Ashvale Collection. They have the appearance of reclaimed Barn tiles, but with all the advantages of availability, quality and price attributed to new tiles.
