Did you know that as part of our mission to make self-build more straightforward we offer a free design service? We know how exciting designing and planning your timber frame home can be and want to make it easier for you to get the ball rolling. Our free design service does just that. What’s the catch? There isn’t one.

Why we do this aligns closely with our company vision – for self-build to become the norm rather than the exception. To strive towards this vision we set out to challenge the conventional barriers that currently exist within the UK self-build marketplace that can very quickly quash the idea that ‘Regular Joes’ can build their own home. One of these barriers is the often astronomical costs that most self-builders believe they must invest in the design and planning process before the structure is even thought about.

At Fleming Homes we believe that good design needn’t cost the earth. So, our design service options are absolutely free, giving you a chance to see exactly what we are like as a company before you sign on the dotted line. The only requirement from our side is that you already own your plot.
