From early engagement through to completion, the Turnkey Service ensures that homes are built to HebHomes’ intended design and performance standards. By working with contractors who build HebHomes repeatedly, the service minimises on site risk, avoids unnecessary substitutions, and delivers a consistent level of finish across every project.
Clients can choose between Full Turnkey or Partial Turnkey delivery, depending on their project requirements and level of involvement.
Full Turnkey provides a complete, move in ready home, covering site preparation, groundworks, foundations, kit supply and erection, external envelope, and all internal finishes to practical completion. It offers a single, coordinated delivery and is particularly suitable for clients seeking minimal involvement and lender friendly administration.
Partial Turnkey delivers a fully weathertight, externally finished home, allowing clients to manage interior works themselves. This option is well suited to rural locations or clients wishing to retain control over interior specification and costs, while still benefiting from HebHomes’ build expertise.
