Best Eco Home 2022!

Winner of the 2022 Build It Award for Best Eco Home, this is Jan & Philip’s second timber frame eco home, and this time they were keen to make this their life home and learn lessons from the previous project.

This home uses the MBC Passivhaus standard Timber Frame and Foundation system which ensures a super insulated, continuously insulated, air tight fabric.

This is the second MBC Project to win the Build It award for Best Eco Home, after Botany Wood’s success in 2018.
