I was wondering what you estimate the approx cost would be to construct an 100m road would be with all the services?
The road would be Tarmac.

This needs a proper specification and costing exercise to identify all of the main services, drainage, pavements, street lighting etc.
Experience from other contracts would suggest that a 100m road servicing six houses to an adoptable standard would probably costs circa £200,000.
