Do you need to input the combined area of both the first and second floor of your project in the self build cost calculator?

   Hi Lyndonwd,

   In terms of costs per m2 for your project, you have to work out the total area of accommodation you’re converting.

   That means adding both floors together, eg ground floor area plus first floor area, which will give you the total m2 of the project.
