Extensions Bible Cost Query
Dear BuildIt
In your 2017 magazine supplement called Extensions Bible you have estimate of cost of building an extension. Please confirm if the calculation includes the VAT (20%) or not.
I ask because in same Bible you have cost estimate for loft which clearly has line item for VAT included.

Thanks for your query. Yes the calculation you’re referring to in the 2017 Extensions Bible included VAT.
We have recently released an updated 2018 version of the Extensions Bible, which prices three different above-ground extensions to give you an even better understanding of potential project costs.
