I'm interested in how the final property value is worked out. Is it based on the current market price per square meter of the surrounding area? Or is it a more detailed approach taking into consideration the materials and design?

Hi Peter,
The completed property value given in our Reader Home case studies is provided by the self builders who will normally get an estate agent to come in and provide a valuation. So it’s based on a range of factors, including location, size, etc.
