The detailed self build cost estimate report can be provided in several different formats to suit you. The main overview is usually in Word or PDF format, and then the detailed cost breakdowns in Excel or PDF format.
If you submit your project plans for review you can use the ‘Any Questions’ box to highlight any particular considerations you have.
A member of the Estimating Service team will then be able to get in touch to flesh out the details with you ahead of completing a report.
