Help With Project Managing a Build
Hi,
I am a builder and working on a project constructing three new builds. My wife is going to be managing the development.
We want to know the best way to keep a track of everything. Do you have any advice on project management tools we can use? For example, is there an app we can use?

In terms of an app to schedule the works, you could use something like Team Gannt (https://www.teamgantt.com/). We’ve also put together a rough week-by-week schedule of works that should come in handy: https://www.self-build.co.uk/self-build-planner/
