Clement Conservation Rooflights are high performance reproductions of an original Victorian design. Awarded an A+ Window Energy Rating by the British Fenestration Rating Council, each rooflight is silicone fronted to give the appearance of traditional putty glazing and typically includes an applied glazing bar for improved thermal performance. They are regularly specified by Architects and Conservation Officers for Listed Buildings and heritage refurbishment projects.

Clement Windows Group is the only company to offer two profiles, one for thicker roofing types such as pantiles and one for thinner materials like slate, ensuring that the rooflight will lie flush with the roofline when installed.

The standard range of Clement’s rooflights are 24mm double glazed, argon gas filled units, which are available from stock within a matter of days. These rooflights are top hung, with the exception of the fire escape rooflight which is side hung, and fitted with toughened, self-cleaning glass. Made to EN ISO 9001 standards and coated with polyzinc and polyester powder paint, they are extremely robust and will last a long time. The individual rooflights can easily be linked together to create a larger area of light.

If one of the standard range does not meet your requirements, get in touch to discuss bespoke options.
