Carleatheran is a new build home located near the small rural village of Fintry Stirlingshire,
and is set within the beautiful back drop of the Campsie Hills. The site is situated in what was
formally farming land. The house was named Carleatheran, after one of the overlooking hills. We
provided a full heating solution with a NIBE ground source heat pump and underfloor heating.
We worked with Haldane Construction Ltd, who built this incredible traditional style home.
The interior finishes were made up of a lot of the surrounding oak trees and the whole house was built with the environment in mind.
