Lock House Extension with Larch Cladding

The Semington Dock Lock House, dating back to 1805, is a welcoming sight along the Kennet and Avon canal. Many alterations have been made to the property over the course of time – with the most recent being an attractive and spacious larch-clad extension.

Vastern Timber were no strangers to this site; we were selected for this project having impressed the owners when supplying larch cladding for their boatyard exteriors a few years prior.

The result is a fresh, natural-looking façade, giving a new lease of life to a historic building.
