Thirteen subtle, ceiling-mounted outlets distribute conditioned air evenly across both floors, maintaining consistent temperatures within ±1°C, with no drafts, hot spots or intrusive noise. The ability to remove radiators also freed up wall space, enhancing interior design flexibility.

As a true three-in-one solution, the Unico 1218 SDHV system provides year-round comfort while improving indoor air quality and reducing humidity and condensation. Operating at efficiencies of up to 350% when paired with the ASHP, the system demonstrates how a standard 1980s home can be transformed into a low-carbon, high-performance living space—without extensive building alterations.
