Timber Innovations is a leading provider of advanced factory-insulated timberframe systems for newbuilds and remodelling of existing dwellings.

The product range includes external wall panels complete with 140mm or 184mm studs with a choice of insulation infill plus sheathing board and membranes – to deliver U-values between 0.22 and 0.11W/m2K. Structures would also include prefabricated panels for all partywalls and internal walls/partitions, plus intermediate floors and a variety of roof structures, whether trusses or insulated cassettes for vaulted roofs.

Our in-house engineer and design teams can produce building structures up to 5storeys, and these can include oak feature components if required – for each storey. We specialise in complex and challenging structures, and wherever possible will incorporate all necessary glulams or steels to make efficient hybrid structures within a single superstructure package. These solutions for intermediate floors are generally as metalweb joists with board over. Roof systems range from joists and boards for flat roofs, to trusses or insulated roof cassettes to create feature vaulted roof profiles.
