Hi, having visited the Build It exhibition a couple of years ago, we used Ideal Combi (who were exhibiting with you) to provide and install sliding glass doors on our extension. They were fitted last summer. We have a problem when it rains outside, particularly when it is getting dark, but also visible in the day, that the view is obscured by large rings (presumably from suction cups during manufacturing). We have complained to the company who have been out to inspect, and they have told us that the glass is in line with GGF guidelines for visual quality and they won't be taking any action. We don't know what our rights are and how we should proceed. I can send you some photos of the windows - I cannot believe that the images we have taken would be considered acceptable to anyone, but if they company say the windows are up to industry standards we are not sure who to go to for independent advice.
