Sustainable Package Home Plans

David and Carol Simpson were keen to take the turnkey route for their second self build journey. They opted for a package home from Hanse Haus to replace a bungalow that failed to take advantage of their plots outstanding views.

Their new house took just three months to construct and features triple glazing, photovoltaic solar panels, underfloor heating and an air source heat pump.

All this means that they now enjoy a comfortable dwelling, low energy bills and a design that makes the most of the stunning location.
