   Hi Karin,

   Thanks so much for getting in touch with your question. Most Turnkey home package options are Timber Frames, mainly as a result of the manufacturing process, in which the majority of the building can be constructed efficiently in a factory setting.

   While other types of Turnkey homes are less common, CB Homes provide a masonry Turnkey option.
